The boys can help you out more then me on who to see but on the questions of ID and phone etc I will say most of our top agencies are not going to accept anything other then a verifiably phone number. No text apps, no WhatsApp, no Google Voice, etc. We have ways to search the number and we can tell. Registed cell phones, real numbers etc, only. However, ID is not required.
I would stick to agencies, or one agency like you hope to do.
As an indy, I hope other indies don't slag me, but for you as a traveller who has just found one of the largest buffets of girls, variety is better had at an agency while still being able to develop a rapport with the administrative staff.

Look up the newbie or newcomer’s guide. It’s a lot of text but quite helpful.
1. This varies and is too exhaustive for me to type out. Some websites have “menus” of services offered in each lady’s profile. Some bookers can provide a menu on request. And it’s always best to ask the lady in person before the fun begins.
BBFS is a hard no for the vast majority of agencies. Even asking about it could get you black listed.The major exception being Japanese providers at Asian agencies. Listed as “special service.”

Can you explain why you wouldn't see guys with US numbers? I didn't know it was a thing.
It is for extra security mainly.
1. I don’t know all US carriers to ensure the number is legit.
2. If something dangerous were to happen, I am a woman who will go to the police and will press charges. I’m not afraid to and cross border arrests are difficult.
3. I really don’t want to do all the admin work of verifying the escort who is used a reference. A lot of escorts in the US stay low key for a reason. It is not like here where we can just google and the site and name and reviews, etc pop up. Plus joining sites and boards for verification when I may get a handful of US clients, none of it is worth it to me in my personal stage of escorting.
4. In my stage of eacorting, I’m also looking for regulars who would see me on a more frequent basis.
These are just a few reasons.
