Who knows WHAT may be bubbling to the surface that the US left behind after our ~30 yr NAM Debacle over there....:eyebrows:

Perhaps it has something to do with the ground water. The article mentioned there was an outbreak last year, at the end of March. The winter/ dry season there is from November to April.
