I know that I'm not currently a paying advertiser here but since I've received some inquiries I thought I'd respond publicly.

My website appears to be gone and that has lead a few people to ask me if I'm retired.... No, I'm not. :) I have no idea what's wrong. The payment was successfully taken from my credit card on February 1st so I don't understand why it says the domain is expired. ?? I'm baffled and I've been trying to reach the web hosting people since yesterday morning...to no avail. :-(

Anyway, just thought I'd mention it as a few people have expected the worst, LOL.

When you say you paid, can you be a bit more specific i.e. did you pay your host or the domain registrar? Web hosting and domain registration are two different things. Your hosting package might be fine, but your domain might have expired. Normally you pay two different people:

1. Your webhost for hosting your site
2. The domain registrar (in this case GoDaddy) for registering your domain name

Sometimes the webhost does #2 for you, but you'll have to check with them about that.
