I don't understand, with all the technology we have today with camera phones that take great pictures, I don't know why it takes weeks or even months to put pictures up on a web-site. all these massage parlors put names up with no pictures. makes no sense to me.
If a website for a spa has no pictures on the website at all (of the ladies) then they are operating under an Aroma Therapy license and not a full Body Rub license. Only if a spa location has a full Body Rub license are they allowed to display photos of the ladies, the locations with Aroma Therapy licenses cannot otherwise By-Law officers will come in and give them tickets and possibly worse.
Yes, I wondered the same years ago and asked the manager at a favorite location I use to visit and the above was the answer she gave me.
And before you ask 'well why doesn't every place get a body rub license?' - Cities are no longer issuing them (again I was told) so only a select number of locations in each city has an existing license from decades ago that is maintained and if the spa changes ownership, sold to the new owners.
Hope this helps.
