Hello Everyone,
I'm close enough to say I am a local boy. I wanted to start a log on here since I'm constantly checking the Niagara Region Boards. Thought it might motivate a few of you and help me in my push for sub 4 % Body Fat. I would also like to lend my hand out and help whoever I can as well. Special thanks to Sweet P Jessica for helping me with the link part of things.

You need more bulging veins otherwise your journey will not be sufficiently completed. More bulging, aneuristic protrusions = dead sexy.

All I ask is that the OP not grunt and groan like the fucking morons I see in my club. I really don't need to hear their desperate cries for attention. And I'm not talking low grunting from the strain, I'm talking all out roaring so everyone in the gym can hear them. Douchebags.

The big 3 really dont factor into a quest for a decrease in % body fat.
strictly for brute strength....and a good base ......many powerlifters became body builders....very few body builders became good power lifters....
they are specific for increasing core strength....high reps with low weights and cardio out the ying yang..drops body fat%..... along with a good diurhetic!...LOL

I've worked for many years and it doesn't appear jrich is on the juice. If he was, his attitude and jaw bone don't show it and if he really was the juice he'd be benching (or shoulder pressing) 3 plates+ for reps then posting it or dips for reps with a 100lb dumbbell between the knees.
