I will explain it to you, can't understand it for you though. If the SCOTUS protects Cheeto Mussolini by ruling an elected POTUS is immune for anything he does while in office, Sleepy Joe Biden would be free to arrest the lot, including Trump SCOTUS appointees and Uncle Thomas. He wouldn't even have to let Moscow Mitch off the hook. I can't help but think that SCOTUS must be considering this and won't issue Smelvis a get out of jail free card...
