The education system in Canada is very poor, which is the reason Canada has to import educated immigrants.

That does not negate the need for proper social skills education. Manners are important.

Seems to be an issue with curriculum and methods of teaching. And it seems to be an international trend. Nothing to do with "woke stuff". Right wingers just need an excuse to make connections between unrelated things and blame it on "woke stuff".

All I said is that before we focus on what kids bring for lunch, education needs to be better academically so that we don't end up with a bunch of polite underachievers.
You said education was fine and I showed you examples that say otherwise.
That is reality.
Has nothing to do with which side of politics you are on.

The part that actually has to do with politics is how the left doesn't see this and pretends everything is ok, when it's actually not.

Both academics and representation and knowing the diversity we live with are equally important to teach and teaching one doesn't negate or result in deprioritizing the other.
