From that youtube video it actually looks like the idiot throws himself in front of the cabbie (who was just trying to get away).

And if you wanna get real technical, all those drunk idiots were technically jaywalking, which means the driver has the right-off way since he's driving on a regular street.

And throw in a vandalism charge against the guy kicking his car
