The late Crown Prince having a psychotic episode and killing his parents and siblings was just a disaster for the Nepalese Monarchy. By the way I saw that the Indian Princess he wanted to marry, was married her self a month or so ago.

I think the chances of the US and France returning to the monarchy are
slimmer than the UK and Denmark abolishing the parasites.

Certainly I'd agree. Although in the 1950's President deGaulle, seeming entertained the thought referring numerous times to the Comte de Paris (one of the French Claimants) as "my successor."
