This post is the only one that search returns. Not sure about MERB. Don’t see anything that immediately screams scam. Face out happens frequently now. The ad text is all common place. Tough break the second girl just appeared out of thin air. Was incall a hotel? Closed curtains in a bathroom or closed bathroom door on arrival always has my spidey sense on edge
