the response time from police was very long and that's with the video being cut.

imagine that's your wife and kids alone in the house and the dude is a psycho....

but we're not allowed to defend ourselves with a weapon...

We have no idea why they took so long. And the priority level would be different for a “psycho” trying to hurt a woman and kids, as a opposed to a porch pirate.

I love this video though. ”CARma” is right. LOL

That was fucking awesome. Love how the home owner offered him advice and a shovel :ROFLMAO:

And another reason to get winter tires.

This is such an American type thought. What, you'd take him out like Dirty Harry? It's a non-violent crime. While there is a "castle doctrine" in Canada, we also have a duty to retreat if possible. And since it was a non-violent type of crime, the police response would be slow. If he bugged out and became violent, the cops would come ASAP, lights and sirens wailing.

The guys a tool though. Porch pirates are the worst, and the car-ma is hilarious. If I had the engineering and technical skills, I'd attempt this:

He has a 3rd generation glitter bomb now.

I would fuck with the thieves even more, put on a little sticker that says: "THIS IS AN ANTHRAX BOMB"

Our "woke" judges will probably give him a slap on the wrist and he will be out stealing our parcels again by tomorrow

The annoying thing about these delivery guys (mostly freelancers) is that they don't ring the doorbell even if you put a sign at the front door. The only thing you can do is to ship the package to a post office, but you sometimes can't do that even on Amazon.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but they rarely don't ring my Ring.

Can't believe anyone would complain about the police there. Looks to me like they did a fine job.
They expect the police to arrive just as he's getting into his car?
