I wonder why the police is not releasing the reason for this attack? They say he wasn't known in that Mosque, was he a member of another Mosque? Maybe mental illness or revenge against someone that wronged him?

It's already been decided by the fine members here that it was motivated by adjacent white supremist beliefs.
