This is ALL Pure speculation but...
I have a suspicion that TERB was hijacked yesterday.
The unusual Log In page made me suspicious so I did not enter my credential. It reminded me of a Spear Phishing or Man-in-the-Middle attack where the bad guys post a semi-legit login page and then grab your user name and password. Then they use that to sign into your account.
Typically, if you try to sign in through a suspicious log in page, it will not actually log you in. It will ask you to try again. This verifies your credentials. Maybe it even reveals other passwords you might use on other sites or email accounts. Then the bad guys use those to try to get into other accounts you might have.
All of this is speculation but still good to know shit like this can happen and to be wary.
If you can get into your account now, I'd suggest you change your password.

Great advice. I did try to enter my login information using the weird looking login screen yesterday. Fortunately, the credentials I use here I don't use anywhere else so I'm not sure how useful the info will be to the bad guys. In any event, I have chnaged my TERB password and others may wish to do the same if they did try to login yesterday.
It just provides them with your user name and password. They would want this for access to the site, as a supposedly credible member. With that info, they could have changed your password. With a good number of these in hand, they could start a campaign to shut this site down, causing suspicion as to who is real and who is compromised as members of the site.
On occasion I have emailed FRED about discrepancies with respect to log in. Most are nothing to worry about, as FRED assured me as such, but what happened yesterday was not a normal log in procedure. If in doubt, ignore and try later, when that old familiar page comes up and only log in if it is is the same way you've done it time after time.
That notice was not written by Fred Zed. Not a chance. It was written by some ESL hacker.
I suspect PERB was also hijacked.
Wouldn't surprise me if TERB was still under non-Fred control.
I would hasten a guess that they are gone into the ether that is the net.
You are probably not the only person. I didn't try to log in yesterday, as it was clearly a way of getting you to compromise yourself if doing so, but I lost posts as well and it would appear that there are many posts lost by other members as well for certain dates.

Having a similar issue when I am using my cellular LTE while on the road but wifi seems to be fine.
If anyone knows how to fix that would be great!
Had the same issue on my phone. I logged in on a computer, requested a password change, did it. And now everything is fine.
Looks like the update on the 7th was just to another CloudFlare IP, and it's been behind CloudFlare since 2015. The blue board does not use CloudFlare. Do you have info on the SSL before today?
Rats, I posted 3 or 4 reviews before the site went down, and it looks like they are all gone. Am pretty busy - not sure if I'll have time to post again.
