They do but, they let you know they're underage usually it's all by the way etc etc it's one of the biggest Telltale flags it's also why I asked someone what their age is.
19-20 is questionable. But all of the things we've seen if you ask their age they usually say oh by the way I'm actually X is that okay with you.

Service was blah at best. Personality is entitled, and everything turned into a micro transaction. It's the similar type of experience I have had from almost anyone at the Casino it's usually why I avoid it.
