A NEW website for girls aged nine to 16 has caused outrage among parents and groups campaigning to end eating disorders.
Internet game Miss Bimbo gives girls a bikini-clad character and encourages them to buy revealing outfits, diet pills and plastic surgery to gain her success in the fashion world.
It even tells them how much weight their virtual character should lose to look “slinky”.
Alarmingly, Miss Bimbo already has 200,000 members in the UK.
Its creator, London businessman Nicholas Jacquart, insists the goals set for its characters are “morally sound”.
