Minimum evidence for MP arrest?

I believe MP clients are getting nervous when they are in session and a new customer rings the front doorbell. If it's two guys waiting to get in at the same time, this could be a bylaw/LE inspection. The wise ones will get back to massage only activities just in case.

Is it safe to assume that if its only one guy at the door, the odds of it being Bylaw or LE is low? Does Bylaw and LE inspect MP uniformed or in street clothes? Is there a good way to spot the heat?
If you are in a law-abiding, licensed, clean parlor, there is zero need to be afraid of a doorbell. Actually, even in a shithole. They don't ring the bell lol.

Bylaw should be of zero fear to clients. You don't hold a license & therefore have no rules or codes to uphold.

Both can visit in plain clothes or uniforms.

If cops are investigating criminal activity, they do not make it known/obvious. They wouldn't stop by, ring the bell, and have tea over it.

What cops hunt for is trafficking, underage, drugs, etc.

If a customer were to bring in a personal lubricant (say KY)to the MP, would LE consider this incriminating evidence if they walked in and found it? I believe in some MP's there is a rule of no lube in the room other than massage oil and moisturizing lotion.

That's a judgment call. Lube can be used to massage. Sometimes better than oil. But, for example, we don't allow fs, and therefore don't allow condoms. Does finding one mean something, no. But it's simply our preference to stay away from those activities. Would lube be deamed bad? Who knows. I know bylaw guys laugh at the gross-ness of finding empty ky tubes in spas.

Short of bursting in, or bugging/videoing, or operating an MP with undercover officers, there is NO way they are going to be able to get evidence to make charges stick against a client. That's the point, why C36 isn't worth the toilet paper it's written on. Cops are not going to bother, anywhere. They will focus on sex trafficking, underage and street trade, like they always have. Escort Agencies, MPs and independent ladies have NOTHING to worry about if they run a good and clean business. The sex trade professionals, plus all the groups involved are just waiting for the first real charges to be laid so the process to head back to the SCOC and get the stupid thing overturned can start again.
The conundrum here is that if we have nothing to worry about because LE will not bother trying to enforce C-36 where consenting adults are concerned, then when (if ever) will "real charges be laid"? In the absence of that, there is no basis upon which to challenge the current law, thus maintaining the status quo... You get the idea.

The same could be said about the old laws, but here we are....
