You don’t know how good you have it with the clubs in the Niagara Region until you travel elsewhere. I’m just returning from an extended stay in San Francisco. Being downtown and having a few hours down time I went to the Gold Club on 650 Howard Street. The club is first class with about a dozen dancers available. Not bad numbers for a weekday afternoon, more dancers than customers.
No sooner did I take a seat close to the main stage a waitress took my drink order. Make mine Diet Coke, my drink of choice,, $3.00. Not bad, even a tall glass, not all ice cubes, and added a dollar tip. The dancers perform two dances on the main stage. On the second dance take off their tops. Then they go over to the small stage called the bubble stage and perform two more dances dressed. The stage is a few feet off the ground with two adjacent clear plastic walls filled with water with constant streams of bubbles, hence the name.
Along comes Coco, mostly Hawaiian mixed with some Polynesian, sits down beside me. She’s a cute younger dancer with a healthy figure that just started at this club. She came from the Larry Flynt's Hustler Club across town. A waitress came by and I asked if she wanted a drink. Would you believe a small flute of Champagne cost $17.00? Coco is a very pleasant young lady and easy to talk with. Along with telling me all about the piercing she had in intimate places. And was quick to fill me in on the VIP dances. She suggested the more secluded sections upstairs at three songs for $100.00. Rather than two less private for $60.00 downstairs.
We made our way upstairs and asked to make sure I had the cash. I said, “yes”. Seeing that I didn’t turn it over, she asked again and insisted that I hand it over. At that point I knew I was in troubled waters. And should have cancelled and return to the main floor. I never make it a policy to pay up front. For escorts or dancers. And if they insist, they rarely see a tip from me. Against my better judgment I gave her the $100.00. Then she asked if I could help her out with the clubs $20.00 VIP fee! WTF,, “Lets see how I like the dance first!” Then she wanted to start dancing half way through a song. I insisted that we wait until the start of a full dance. Most the way through the first dance I asked if she was going to take her top off. She said, “we’ll save that for later.” She must have meant after we were married or something. As she never took it off! When I questioned her about not being nude, she said club rules don’t allow that. I had better views of the ladies on stage and the dances were nothing more than air dances to boot! Total waste!
I returned sitting near the main stage where I could at least view some pink flesh. And on Coco’s turn on stage I got to view her pieced nipples that she was all excited to tell me about. After her turn was over, she returns to my table and asks if I want another VIP dance. Do I must have STUPID written across my forehead? I declined and left shortly after.
