I was wondering if anyone knew if and where Mila, formerly of Amend Spa had returned to Ottawa. I know she was supposed to have gone back to the Ukraine after the closing of Amend, but I was wondering if she had made her way back to Ottawa and if she was working for another spa or as an indy (I can only wish for that).

I was a regular of hers and was very sad when she quite. I spoke to her when she came back from the Ukraine and she said she was going back to school (Algonquin) to take a course in marketing or something like that. I think she was getting concerned with all the by-law issues and all the BS that was floating around in the late fall of 2007. Carol went total legit at Essence and was always paranoid about LE as well. Mila has a son and would do anything to protect him - including packing it in. She was a gem and will be missed.

Yes she was a Gem miss her as well everytime I drive by her old place sends chills maybe someday she will return
