Great round 8 under through 15 holes.

If he can shoot 1 under over the last three 3 holes, he will tie the Major Championship record of 63 (Nick Price at the Masters)

Question...

...I didn't see any of the third round coverage yesterday....

Who was Tiger's playing partner? I am testing to see if my theory that Tiger plays better when he dislikes his playing partner held true and is thus the explanation for his "moving day" move...

Playing partner was Chris Riley, who is one of, if not his best friend on tour.

That being said, in general, your theory might be right.

Anyone else notice, does Phil look like he's still putting on weight? Hit the gym once in awhile buddy.

Tiger will win this going away.

Weir is doing a good job so far and has passed Donald
-2 thru 6

Woods is -2 thru 6.

At least, I hope he makes Woods "win" the tournament, rather then giving it to him. In prior years, Woods shoots a decent 69 or 70 and people cave in around him.

Here we go again - seventh hole:

Mike Weir - 88 yards away after two - knocks it to 40 feet. (Horrid shot)
Luke Donald - 110 yards away after two - misses green (Horrid shot)
Tiger Woods - 250 yards away after two - knocks it to 30 feet.

Just sad how these players fuck up around Tiger under pressure.

You have to be impressed with how Tiger has changed his game. Gone are arrogant chances that require blasting out shots from bad lies. Gone is the overblown demonstration when he makes an incredible shot. He is more workmanlike, and professional, than ever. His game has finally matured and if he keeps this up, will easily pass Nicklaus in total Majors.

Phil's man boobs are nasty.
Tiger can't be beat when he's on his game.

Maybe now people will stop comparing Phil to Tiger......2 totally different leagues.
