I don't believe she has any wrist injury. Last time she pulled out she was reported back at practice hitting tee shots the third day after she withdrew.
Sounds like desparate excuses, like a kid who's playing sick to stay home from school.
She does need time off for her head. And she needs her parents to quit being cheap greedy fucks who won't pay for legit coaching & training so she can compete on something close to a level playing field.

The LPGA has a rule that if a non-tour player shoots 88 or worse before the cut, they can't play the rest of the year.
A few weeks ago Wie was 14 over with 2 holes to play.
2 over on the final 2 holes and she would not have been allowed to play for the rest of the year.
Fortunately, her wrist started to act up again so she withdrew just in time.
She has become a pathetic joke.
It's pathetic the way she keeps using her wrists as an excuse.
