I always thought he was quite handsome when he was younger, and I think he would have been way more handsome as he aged if he hadn't had the freaky surgeries.
But that's the thing about plastic surgery -- why should they discourage anyone who can afford it?
When I was younger, I probably would have gotten a nose job and a boob job at some point, if I hadn't had better uses for the money -- and it turned out that I didn't need either. I eventually grew into my nose, and my tits eventually grew into my body.
But what if I would have gone in for the surgery? Would the surgeons have explained to me that I would eventually grow up and balance out? Or would they have sold me what they could, while they could, and surfed on my youthful lack of self esteem?
Plastic surgery has its place -- but there should be some mechanism to prevent young people from mutilating themselves before they even know what they're going to look like when they grow up. There must be nothing sadder than looking in the mirror and not seeing oneself there!!
