I met quite a few of our amazing medical personnel when I was in the hospital recently for a procedure (no need for details).

One young nurse started her overnight shift at 7PM. She briefly introduced herself shortly before I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and she was standing at my bedside watching over me.

I made sure I didn't forget them when I dropped off an armful of Christmas cheers earlier this month. Bless them all.
