We've heard enough of Rump to know that he spews nothing but childish self serving garbage and that he tried to stir a violent insurrection to steal power by shitting on the Constitution. Now the criminal faces 91 charges .... we hear his lies, distortions and fabrications quite enough, thank you.... now lock him up! Don't worry Mitch, you'll still have those digital Trump cards you bought at 90 bucks a pop.

I wouldn't be surprised if Biden steps down in a month or two citing "health concerns", and the DNC steps in to appoint someone at that stage. Who they'd appoint I have no idea. I don't think they want Kamala there, knowing she'd get trounced by Trump, but they'd have to deal with the fallout of sidestepping her.
The problem with that is that the DNC can't appoint someone at that stage.
If Biden left before March, people could jump in late to try and get delegates but no one would be on all the ballots in all the states and so probably no one would end up with a majority. Lots of convention nonsense unless one obvious super candidate jumped in and cleared the field. Past mid-March, even that becomes impossible because too many delegates would already be assigned.

All those options end up most likely with a convention floor fight.

JUST IN: With Americans losing complete trust in the mainstream media, "The New York Times lost $30-40 million in 2023, cutting 74 jobs; WaPo lost $100 million, cutting 240 jobs; The LA Times just laid off 115 journalists—22% of its newsroom. The Atlantic is still unable to turn a profit, and NBC just slashed 75 jobs,"
@ggreenwald
notes. NOTE: Nobody is rejoicing over this, but when people lose trust in you, you can't keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. NOTE: Meanwhile, although I'm still a bit below my target of reaching 30 million people daily, at 10 a.m. EST, my posts had already generated about 13 million views and nearly 30,000 comments today (attachment below). The day is still young, but it means people would rather read trustworthy individuals like me than those they have lost trust in—those who look down on them, disparage them daily, and ask for no feedback. Hey mitch, you're going to need to up your donations to rump.
He's gotta pay that $83 million to the courts if he's going to appeal.
He's gonna need all your cash.

The next month will be interesting, in that Chinese curse kind of way.

Both candidates are looking like really bad options right now but the time to get rid of either of them closing down.
Rump is midway through a massive string of expensive court losses and is still waiting for the last minute SC Hail Mary ruling for him to be eligible to run.
Biden just doubled down on his Genocide Joe mandate by cutting all UNRWA funding which will massively exasperate the genocide he is single handedly enabling in the face of the ICJ ruling.

Its really fucked up.
