Due respect to the ladies that read the board ,women behave much differently then men when it comes to conflict.Guys blow a gasket and that's it...whether it be at other guys or other women.

Women are much more calculating and much better at the mind games.I have had dozens of women tell me they hate working with other women because they are so vindictive,catty, and play mind games.I've never had a man say that about another guy.
