oh man this sounds bad. You mentioned you are on your mid 30’s- how long have you been married? I’m guessing can’t me more thank 5-6 years. In which case if your wife isn’t satisfying you then it was a bad deal from the beginning.

are you at a point in your life were you feel confident in yourself as a man and can go about getting a side chick without it eventually blowing up in your face? Unless you are incredibly well set of career wise and finance wise, but chances are you are not playing at the the level that you need to be doing this kind of shit.

I made the gym example because that's what's worked for me, but any hobby or physical activity you can do 2-3 times a week with your wife will do.
Another good idea I can vouch for is spending your extra money on something else other than sex that you can both benefit from, new cars, cottage, vacations, designer bags for the wife.

I was really thinking of buying anew car just to cut any extra cash lying around. But here comes the problem, I still do the hobby and im in debt (line of credit debt) horrible right?

This is crazy. The whole point of an SP is to eliminate all the drama and unwanted heat that comes with an on-going affair. Fortunately I don’t have to pay for sex I just pay the SPs to go away and leave me alone once I’m out the door lol
