That's a mass generalization. It depends on the indy. I used to see a lot of indies but reputable ones and i never really had a problem. Sometimes a little late but never stood up.

It depends on the girl. Some are somewhat notorious for this.. and it looks like Marcella may be headed in the same direction (this is the second thread about someone being stood up by her recently).

It happens from time to time... How you deal with it speaks volumes.

Case in point... I had what I thought was a no-show a few years back... turns out the lady in question had some technical communication issue with her cell provider. She was waiting in a sexy outfit for me to arrive and never rec'd my messages saying I was there. I didn't come on here, cause drama, or otherwise rant or rave, like "some" people... I simply went about my business... an hour or so later I finaly get a response: "OMG, I'm so sorry!" With the aforementioned explanation... and then a "How can I make it up to you?"

Long story short... she really REALLY made it up to me!!!!

Agreed.. Although ppl are entitled to their own opinions as with anything, not every situation plays out the same for all or "some" people. Glad urs turned out that way and good on you for not saying anything, but this post was about my experience and experiences with idies thus far. There was no rant, just a simple statement.

It is always comical to see others criticize others situations yet they have have no real reason to.
