The guy kinda looks crazy anyways with those wild beady eyes. I'm sure he was just trying to make friends. He was probably just waiting for an opportunity to play a roleplaying game of D&D with someone. So loney upstairs haning out with Mom all the time. 
The sad thing is that he'll probably go to jail for a while for doing the right thing which didn't end up what he thought. And what's wrong with living with his mother, maybe she's sick and elderly and needs tending to. Or an invalid.
Well, if I were a woman and being raped, I'd certainly appreciate it if the neighbor did what he did.
He went out of his way to help someone he thought was being raped. Many people would have done nothing.

That is a shame he really thought he was doing the right thing and had there had been a rape happening upstairs he would then be considered a hero. I also agree nobody should have thier TV's so loud that it is heard in thier neighbors apartments anyhow.

I'd be very surprised if this guy does any time for this.If he apolojizes and pays for the door, guessing it will dismissed...

Well even as a Superintendant I would preffer to know that this guy was a caring individual and residing in my building rather then someone making damage for nothing and be proud to have him in my building non the less because there is now proof that he had a heart rather than someone who is a real criminal moving in. I am sure in any large building there is at least one criminal of some fashion that we are unaware of. I would rather keep the good ones that I know of then make room for a bad one to move in. If I were the super and being woman I would happily replace the door for him knowing the reason to why he did it. Why deter people from doing good deeds in the future?
