Maybe they need to charge a dollar like other places so people will put them back. But they have guys collecting them, but they don't do a great job.I wanna do this to the people that don’t put their carts back at Costco
Why is it these pieces of shit never get the shit kicking in jail that jail is supposed to be so famous for?
It's funny how this guy pushes a cart into a guy on a bike and he's in jail by dinner time but 3 guys walk into a bar and randomly shoot 12 people and they vanish into thin air never to be heard from again.

Obviously I don't support this but neither do I support all of these unlicensed, insurance-less delivery scooters taking over streets and bike lanes. My sister was hit by one and the guy looked back and then just drove off.

Wait a minute! Are you the guy at the shopping center with the 10 year old Mazda SUV with the badly applied red reflective tape on your bumpers, and when people do not put their carts in the cart rack you zoom up to them and give them shit?
Was just going to say this. These guys are a huge liability to drivers everywhere, because they're insured, if anything happens and you're driving, chances are pretty good you're fucked.
And they give you dirty looks if you're driving along the right lane following the rules of the road, but these guys do the craziest shit, cut you off, drive through the middle of intersections with zero fucks given making cars screech to a complete halt causing all kinds of problems.
The problem is they never get to spend any time in jail because they get bail the same day in most cases.
and at times sidewalks. I've seen them parking their bikes on the sidewalks as well blocking pedestrians without a care in the world.
