Pretty cool. Looks like bell curve/normal distribution (for those math types in here). Guess it just goes to show that height and hobbying are not really related. Mind you a larger sample size would make this conclusion stronger of course.

Given that the poll is anonymous I doubt it would keep shorter hobbiests from listing their height.

I was kidding, of course. If you are willing to admit you pay women for sex, I can't imagine you'd be bashful here about your height.

But yeah, I agree. All men are potential hobbyists.

Well, it could be a self selection thing too... taller terbites might be more likely to respond to this poll, because they are happy about their height. Meanwhile, the punier terbites might be hiding behind some larger object, unwilling to emerge and admit their puniness.

Since you are a terbite yourself, I find it interesting that you have such a negative stereotype of terbites and by extension, hobbyists. Since, I too, am a hobbyist, I don't like the stereotype that hobbyists hobby because they are losers and couldn't get laid otherwise. I have no data to support it, but I have long thought that TERB represents a pretty fair cross-section of men. I have also long thought that more men would hobby if they knew more about it, and how easy it was. I think, if anything, hobbyists are just smarter.

Agreed just check out the politics section.

Actually with a lot of the longer threads you often end up finding two opposing views so I doubt you could make many generalizations about hobbiests..... other than the obvious (e.g. willing to pay for sex)

Tall or short, I don't think it's that hard getting dates and getting laid - it's just that it takes a lot of time, and time for me is precious. Much easier, less fuss, and a surer outcome, if you call your friendly neighborhood agency or indy.

I think SB has described, in a much better way, what I mean by "smarter". Of course, you could also interpret this as "lazy" too
