I am 6’0”. My friends range from 5’6” – 6’5”. A few of the shorter guys (some are cool with their height) suffer from extreme cases of Napoleon syndrome…..One guy in particular is constantly trying to prove himself in every way…it gets very tiresome and annoying!

From the poll (so far 25%) it looks like the average TERB member is also average in height for a Canadian male, which is 5’10”.

The results so far are rather curious. The distribution is heavily skewed to the right, terbites tend to be a taller species. I was expecting the opposite, thinking shorter people have a harder time getting dates and getting laid.

Well, it could be a self selection thing too... taller terbites might be more likely to respond to this poll, because they are happy about their height. Meanwhile, the punier terbites might be hiding behind some larger object, unwilling to emerge and admit their puniness.

Since you are a terbite yourself, I find it interesting that you have such a negative stereotype of terbites and by extension, hobbyists. Since, I too, am a hobbyist, I don't like the stereotype that hobbyists hobby because they are losers and couldn't get laid otherwise. I have no data to support it, but I have long thought that TERB represents a pretty fair cross-section of men. I have also long thought that more men would hobby if they knew more about it, and how easy it was. I think, if anything, hobbyists are just smarter.
