My interpretations was that he meant since the 'myth' of aids was created my a man fucking a monkey, that if you circumsized the monkeys, the next man to fuck a monkey wouldnt get it....phew.....Am I wrong?

The theory was that AIDS originated in monkeys from the jungles of Africa and a human somehow got infected. Since AIDS in humans was primary a sexually transmitted disease the myth (and a number of jokes) suggested that some guy fucked a monkey.
That's how I took acutus' original remark. I didn't see it as a racist remark but a reference back to that myth.
This research is nothing new. I remember a story on 60 Minutes about 4 or 5 years ago that presented evidence that circumcised men were less likely to contract AIDS. The story centered around the AIDS epidemic in Africa because the men there were unusually opposed to condom use even when it could save their lives and very few men were circumcised.

Finding a correlation and studying it helps increase our understanding of how HIV is transmitted and might lead to further ways to prevent, treat or even cure it. What you so easily dismiss could be a major breakthrough.
Also, the issue of condom pore diameter vs. the HIV virus is one that the proponents of abstinence use to promote their view. Yes, condom pore sizes are larger than the HIV virus but the HIV virus does not float around on it's own. It lives inside another cell such as a blood cell which is much larger than the size of a pore in a latex condom. Also, the condom poer sizes quoted are usually when the condom is stretched to it's limit (up to 10 times it's normal size). Now I don't know about anyone else but I rarely inflate my condoms like ballons before using them). According to FDA an study (http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/ost/reports/fy98/INFECTION.HTM - see section titled Virus Impermeability of Differently Formulated Natural Rubber Latex Films and Gloves) a properly used condom is an effective barrier to HIV and other viruses.
Now I'm not saying they're 100% but they're waaaay more effective than your comment would suggest.

I would not wish to put words into Acutus' mouth or pretend to interpret him; but it seems quite plausible to any one of sense, that he is simply satirizing the notion of monkey's being the cause of aids as the original agent of sexual transmission in humans.
Your Aunty, God bless her, and your other comments evidently agree with this point. So your dismissal of Glaecan and Acutus leads nowhere -as do those of others who conjure up racism, and various other non-sequiturs.
The guy made a simple tongue-in-cheek observation quite consistent with enlightened scientific observations and commentary.
One thing about Acutus: he certainly knows how to emancipate the fear of prejudice from the prejudiced.
