Making DVDs With Ubuntu

Can anyone suggest a program that can do the following:

Take a directory of VIDEO_TS files complete with IFO & VOBs and burn into a Video DVD.

I have tried and it says its a Data DVD, not playable in DVD players.

Another alternative would be to use a program (unknown to me that can make an DVD Video image file of which I can then burn.

Any ideas?

I know how to do this in windows but I need a Linux solution.

I don't burn DVDs but some apps used are Brasero, K3b, K9copy, and Devede that others have claimed to use.

They should be in Snaptic package manager.

In K3B, select "New Project -> New Video DVD Project", then drop the content into the VIDEO_TS (and AUDIO_TS) folders as appropriate.
