The city of Ottawa has nothing better to do but to keep raising your taxes for less and less and less and less and lesssssssss services every year!!
Year by year any spot that closes will be taken off the list and the list will get shorter just like strip bars in town.
The only people that can get a license or permission are the underground shady characters or family and friends of the city managers.
