I always ask over text if certain basics are permitted, or what their restrictions are. Be respectful, treat them like ladies, read their add, make sure if there are instructions they ask you to follow when messaging, describe yourself, and ask if a given time for booking is. Send everything in one text message, no more than a few texts after that confirm, discuss more details in person. When i text and introduce myself and she gave me rates, i asked her specifically for out of that what i was interested in "okay thank you, so to confirm, this this and that will be included in X rate?" and then i hear nothing back.
