Those pics are obviously fake. I had texted her before when she had an ad up with a different set of fake pics and different name (but same number) and i asked her if she could send me a real pic of her as the pics she was using in that ad were clearly fake. She actually obliged... she is of average build and looks decent as you can see below. I can't confirm though if that is really her as i never saw her. When someone uses fake pics that is usually not a good sign.
Note: I hope i am not breaking any rule by sharing the pics she sent me. She doesn't show her face so i figured it should be ok.

I did the same. Got the same 5 or so pics. But when I asked her holding a paper with her number. She said she's too busy for that.
So probably 100% fake.
