Reading a profile on a Formula 1 website, didn't know this team got sold and in the bio of the guy behind the purchase, it says,
"Matthew was with Rothschild for 22 years in both London and New York advising clients regarding M&A and restructuring transactions "

I know I'm gonna kick myself for not knowing, but it's bothering me and I can't figure it out. I know I heard it before, just one of those stupid things you forget but it's so simple no doubt.
