Since it was money that went into the wind, he should have gotten 10% / $30k. His cab company even had to give him a bonus of $1K plus a steak dinner, maybe because they thought he got a raw deal.

Would he have to pay taxes on the reward ?? Uncle Sam has to pay for ObamaCare.Ten thousand is still a lot of cash, for a cab driver. If he was looking for more he should have kept it all.
Not that there are any real rules, but if it was my money, I'd go 10-15% and then still owe him a favour or two if he ever asks. If it was just some high roller's stake for a big night out, he ought to buy the guy his own cab. Gotta be bad karma for a gambler to start acting stingy with people who've done him a good turn
he chose to give it back. The 'owner' could choose to reward or not as he sees fit.

I'd have no problem being 'caught' with 300K......... :thumb:You say that like he had a choice. There are eyes in the sky all over LV. If he opted to keep the $$, he would have been caught.. and lost his job. Guaranteed.
