I thought I knew everything about music. Collected it all, worked at a college radio station when i was young. Started with heavy metal and worked my way backwards through the 20th century, rock, blues, jazz, world music. Then for the past 20 yrs I’ve listened to country, midwest emo, appalachian…all wonderful. Rebuilt my vinyl collection this summer after piecing together a late 70’s hifi system so I could revisit my old friends pressed onto vinyl…

Then out of the blue this autumn I discovered EDM. Its now a whole new journey to dive into. Exquisite soundscapes i never thought possible. I’m almost 60 and this whole new genre is exciting.
