Gilder drive?Born and raised - right at the corner of Midland and Eglinton is where I spent most of days.
Thats it mate - went to Glen Ravine Junior Public School - then hit Charles Gordon and then made my way to Midland Avenue Collegiate. Great memories on Gilder - great place to grow up.Gilder drive?
If given a choice I would rather be driven to a hospital with a higher rate of survival and better car.Is the message here that Scarborough hospital(s) don't get their "fair share" of private donations?

Hospitals aren’t fully funded, that is the problem.I'm sure this will offend people but why would someone donate to Scarborough Hospital if they will never use it? If you live in Mississauga why donate to a hospital in Scarborough?
I don't donate to fully funded government organizations.
Toronto roads and TTC also receive funding from the Government of Ontario tax revenue . So that's everyone in Ontario contributing to ALL roads and public transit in Ontario.Hospitals aren’t fully funded, that is the problem.
People who live in the GTA cover the full cost to maintain the Gardener and DVP via their taxes.. Someone who doesn’t pay Toronto taxes drive on it for free.
A large portion of the cost to main the TTC is covered by Toronto taxpayers. That $3.25 non Toronto taxpayers pay per ride covers the cost of rat traps.
Bob!!! It’s you!!!Thats it mate - went to Glen Ravine Junior Public School - then hit Charles Gordon and then made my way to Midland Avenue Collegiate. Great memories on Gilder - great place to grow up.
I was thinking the same thing. The first few times I saw that commercial I didn't understand why they were saying Scarborough was treated "unfairly".I'm sure this will offend people but why would someone donate to Scarborough Hospital if they will never use it?
