Little Facts about CA Governor Gavin Newsom, LA Mayor Karen Bass, LA Fire Chief Kristin Crowley, LADWP and LAFD's handling of the LA "wildfires:"
1. Governor Gavin Newsom refused to upgrade California's water infrastructure even after taxpayers voted to allocate millions of dollars of additional funds, choosing rather to prohibit water from filling critical reservoirs and aqueducts, in large part to save the California smelt fish from extinction. Consequentially, millions of gallons of water flowed wastefully into the Pacific Ocean, leaving LA's fire hydrants bone dry.
2. LA Mayor Karen Bass hired new DEI LAFD Chief Kirsten Crowley for an annual salary of 3 quarters of a million dollars to make the Department "more inclusive."
3. Chief Crowley promptly fired experienced firemen for no other reason than the fact that they were either white males or that they refused to take the Covid vax, and replaced them with less or inexperienced female, minority, Trans, and other LGBTQ personnel to promote the DEI agenda of "inclusivity."
4. Chief Crowley then reallocated 57.6 million dollars from the Department's equipment and infrastructure funds to promote "Gay Choirs," "Trans Cafes," "Social Justice Art," and other Woke left-wing social ideologies.
5. Crowley, insisting LAFD had a surplus of firefighting vehicles, aircraft, and other equipment, proceeded to send 75% of those critical resources to Ukraine, stating that they needed them more than the citizens of LA County.
6. Janisse Quinones (DEI hire) is the New Head of the L.A. Department of Water and Power. Mayor Karen Bass recommended her. Janisse Quinones is another example of a DEI hire. Janisse Quinones is THE FIRST LATINA WOMAN to lead LADWP. Quinones wasn't THE BEST candidate for the job but rather a candidate who checked a box for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She makes $750,000 a year ( the city's highest-paid employee) to keep fire hydrants filled, and here they are without water. She is an epic failure who deserves to be fired and prosecuted along with the other incompetent "leaders" in California.
7. After being warned about wildfire season fast approaching with potentially historic high winds and record gusts due to the impending Santa Annas, Mayor Karen Bass chose to go to Africa to represent the Biden Administration's Global DEI campaign. She remained there for several days even after the initial Malibu, Palisades, and Pasadena fires began to devastate tens of thousands of acres of LA County residential and business districts.''

Oh there were fires before and they knew there will be risks of fires again...that's DEI to you. no idea how to prepare for the tragedy...defunding the FD was a good idea?
the DEI Fire Safety and prevention.
- Let take a few more millions from the program. How bad could it be.
-Blame the winds when it does happen.
😂 😂
MAGA believe the weirdest shit, regardless of how stupid it is and regardless of how easy it is to check.
Its really amazing.

Nice try buddy..... nice of you to slaughter a nice article.
Crowley said it had affected the operations...
YOu took Mayor Bass statement and put it under crowley...hahaha. sneaky.
You really get upset when its pointed out the facts don't support your claims and even more so when the articles you post don't back up what you say.

Best stat of the day.
Most DEI hires are white women.

This is about your claims.
You claimed that the 2% budget cut affected fire prevention.
Crowley is talking about response. Not prevention.
The funds that were cut did not have anything to do with fire prevention.
Also since California always has a wildfire risk, the LAFD already had well developed prevention and response plans.
So her statement that a mere 7M out of a total 820M budget, is going to adversely affect response is not believable.
It sounds political and she is just throwing Bass under the bus to save her skin.
You also claimed that race, gender and sexual orientation were the cause for wildfires.
Since experts have already weighed in on this and said that fires such as this cannot be contained, and also common sense, we can now ignore this as unrelated MAGA brain fart.
How good was their response? Lol

How good was the response in Canada in Lytton or Fort McMurray?
How good was it in Australia or Greece?

What country can deal with higher heat, drought and higher winds that create fires with fire tornadoes?
An expert already said, poor response can be contributed to lack of training and preparedness because of budget cuts...are you a fire expert too?

Clearly you aren't.

If you were you would point out to what the 2% cut actually did that allowed the fires to run out of control and what could have been done to stop them.
But you can't, can you?

I'm not claiming to be an expert...I read what an expert stated.:
"7 million budget cut severely affected the Department's capacity to prepare for, train for and respond to large scale emergencies"

Yet somehow you know better than an expert and think it's no big deal... tell that to LA residents with no houses... 😂 😂 😂

And what specifically could have been done better if they had spent that 7 million?
What would have stopped those fires?

the statement was already indicated by the EXPERT.
7 million was cut that would've been for training and preparedness and response to catastrophic emergencies...what don't you get from what the expert said? YOu just can't admit the mistake can you? I'm waiting for you to challenge the statement of an expert and just say the expert is not qualified...because you know better than an expert...

You say you read the expert report but can't say what $7 million could have bought that would have stopped those fires.
Your entire argument is based on this imaginary claim that $7 million could have stopped it.

If you don't wanna believe what the expert said. I can not help you at all...

"the cuts resulted in eliminating 58 positions, adjusting sworn salary accounts and removing one time expenses. Some have pointed to the one-time expenses such as the purchase of NEW BREATHING equipment for firefighters,

Some might see you as a hopeless case....not me...i'm a nice dude.

So you think new breathing equipment would have stopped the California forest fires?
That's the best you've got?

Your entire argument just fell over.

Notice how Newsom isn't asking the White House to protect his constituents from the fires. He's asking the federal government to protect him from his constituents' criticism.
Why is Jill in front of the desk and not behind it?...I will say one thing for Joe, he's managed to land the highest job in the country with dementia...Maybe he 's a future spokesman for the Alzheimer Society...Can he lawn bowl?
