Well it looks like this may be "Taps/Last Post" for Herman Cain. An Atlanta woman has come forward saying she had a 13 year long affair with him.

Mr. Cain denies it, but at this point I don't believe it matters whether the alligations are true, with this on top of the sexual harasment charges and only slightly over a month and a half to the beginning of the election cycle, I don't believe he will be able to recover.

Oh by the way for all the we hate Fox News TERBites, Fox News has lead in breaking this story.

Was it led by a white flag or in advance of one?

Since FAUX serves as the main propaganda agent of the GOP this WAS EXPECTED!!!

Anyone who knows how the WASPs, Neocons and Good Ole Boys in the GOP operate, knows they will NEVER allow a person like Cain to get the nomination as long as THEY are running the show!....:eyebrows:

I saw Him in a 20 interview on the weekend and he spent virtually saying, you don't understand, that isn't what I meant, and that was taken out of context context; not a good thing the the wannabe leader of the free world.

A political hit your crazy this guy was barely qualified enough to run a pizza joint. After his answer on Libya, no one in their right mind could seriously consider voting for him. He made Sarah Palin's I can see Russia comment seem thoughtful. I know the Tea Party hates intellectuals but do they have to actively seek out and endorse blithering idiots?

Back in the 60s, they'd shoot the candidate that is a potential threat. Now it's smarter to use 'character assassination' techniques. This avoids martyrdom syndrome too.

Everyone saw his demise coming weeks ago, you didn't need this latest thing to see it. The allegations weren't the BIG problem, it was how he handled the whole thing that was the issue.
Now his popularity among female voters was/is dropping.

BIG FUCKING DEAL.... they know he's done so of course they make it their lead story. If it were someone like Newt or Romney, it wouldn't be their lead story because they're both at the top of the polls now.
Cain has slipped, they realize it, so he's good fodder.
lol @ you praising Faux News, shocking.

Meanwhile Gingrich is way ahead in Iowa and S. C. and could very easily blow by Romney who is faltering, and pick up disaffected Cain supporters to boot.

Does Cain know?
Guess he does:

http://www.cnn.com/2011/11/29/politics/cain-accusation-affair/index.html?hpt=hp_t2

Embattled Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain told his staff Tuesday he is "reassessing" the viability of his campaign in the wake of a Georgia woman's allegations she had a long extramarital affair with the Georgia businessman, CNN's John King has learned.

One top campaign source told CNN he expects a decision "within a few days," based on whether Cain's fund-raising dries up.

Watch him point the finger at every else if he does bail. The man strikes me as more than a little bit of a coward.

He's conservative, most are pussies, they just talk tough and hide behind their guns.

Meanwhile, Rick Perry tells an audience of college students he would appreciate their vote if they turn 21 by November 12th next year. The voting age in the US is 18 and the national election is a week earlier on November 6th. Several students could be heard laughing at him, but Perry seemed not to notice.

I don't believe Cain ever wanted to be President, just get famous like Sarah Palin. Maybe get a Fox gig like her, and just have the money rolling in!
Now all this is going to hurt his ability to make money off the silly wing, of the GOP.

He came in with all that hype, only to crash and burn. Reminds me of Fred Thompson in '08.
