Not so much anymore but it was called little italy because from about bathurst to keele it was 100% italian. West of Yonge South of Eglinton the next major east west street north of Bloor.
You still see many italian restaurants etc but they are slowly fading away. It used to be that every second store front was a pasta place, espresso bar, social club (if you get my meaning).

-Apologize. Be sincere.
-Give her time.
-Make a gesture or gestures.
-Most importantly, adjust your behaviour.
Only then expect expect her to reciprocate the above behaviour when the shoe is on the other foot. There is this tenancy in relationships to peel off these steps one at a time, from last to first. Than the relationship fails for good or for ill.
