Lmfao!!! Ok, I have a question. Having never met me and having no idea who I am, how would you know that exactly? Now I'm not proud of it but I indeed have been to jail multiple times. You sir are a 🤡

Like I said, now that you admit you've never been to jail how would you know what it's like in there? You're speculating based on what someone else has told you. Essentially just talking shit. Jail is no picnic particularly provincial jail as opposed to pen time.
Yeah sure buddy 🤡🤡. You've never been arrested in your life lol.

Top5 is just a troll. The crown just tried slowing him down due to his online antics, but they knew he would never get convicted on lyrics alone.

Sadly, he's what keeps Toronto's underground music scene relevant. It was stagnant when he was in the bin.

Well we can't have that, now can we? Release all the rappers in custody at once! What could be more important than the vibrancy of the underground music scene?
Top5 isn't very dangerous, in fact there's the infamous video of him running out of a subway. He was in PC in jail. He's just like a lot of terb forum posters with his online personna.

Nice work by defence counsel, huh?

Does anyone have any actual details of what the judge said in his ruling?

My bad. It's a great scene. So good for Toronto. Put us on the map.
The guy from the first article is actually pretty talented, he's definitely above average....too bad he threw his career away. Ironically, he's from the suburbs of Durham region.

Charges were stayed. All they had were rap lyrics.

His manager (Flippa) killed the mafia enforcer "Scratch" Fiorda, so some of the lyrics from the song "401" coincide with that incident. He was in jail because the police believed he was in the same car as the shooter of a college kid.

If it was a Superior Court Judge, the Crown must have squeaked through the prelim. If the Crown was relying on the lyrics as a type of admission, I am surprised it wasn't tossed out at a preliminary stage in a lower court.

Crown is dumb. Or else some of the Crown witnesses had "sudden memory loss syndrome".

Apparently he was in jail for 3 years on a weak Crown case..... Guy sounds an asshole, but still that's pretty outrageous.
