I am looking for President Choice horse radish mayonnaise. I have not seen any for 6 months anywhere. I like to make my special mayonnaise with 80% mayonnaise, 10% horse radish mayonnaise and 10% Dijon mustard. I have it all made up in the jar and just spread it on bread when I have cold cuts. Jewish horse radish sauce or Raifort sauce will do as well, I think it is all the same stuff.
Jewish horse radish sauce is more like pickled chopped up horse radish. I was experimenting with some when I could not get horse radish mayonnaise at the Presidents Choice stores. ( Loblaws ) It still has the same burn and zing that I like. Now that I make my special mayonnaise mix, I could not go back to regular mayonnaise.

There's nothing like freshly ground horse radish. Do it in the food processor and the gases of it will have you crying in no time, never mind having to eat it!
Presidents choice just put it back on the market with a new label, so I guess it was demand that brought it back. The stuff is too powerfull for me, I have to mix it with regular mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
