What seems too good to be true about it? It says nothing about service or prices, the picture is vague (at best) and she's telling you that some dude is answering her phone. I actually don't see much good about it. I don't think it's Paris, however. Paris seems to be using "Nikki" in this area now and is advertising more in Toronto - by the airport. Also, this doesn't fit her posting style at all.
