Just use the search function on videohelp site.
Some of the new encrytion is so sofisticated on DVDs prevent the ripping of the DVD. Worst case scenerio is use SmartRipper, if you can view the DVD on your media player then you can get the files! With this just insert DVD until it starts to play, then you can cancel media player because your computer has registered the DVD structure, start SmartRipper and copy the files you select to your hard drive. This will by pass all copy protection. This is for computer/DVD savy people, you can learn about how on videohelp.

With just AnyDvD and CloneDVD, it won't do what you were asking : ripping only audio tracks.
I rarely needed to rip audio from DVD. The one I had results with was Movavi video convertor. Very hit and miss as a video ripper/convertor but worked as an audio ripper. AVI to wav/mp3, DVD to wav/mp3. It's not free but has free trial DL.
I would not advice anyone to buy Movavi though.
