I don't see any problems with reading comprehension. I just hope no one is foolish enough to take yennut's 'proper tax advice' for Al Capone. Sorry, but if you want any sort of comfortable life (i.e. a nice house, car, etc) without the threat of the taxman constantly hanging over you, just pay some taxes like the rest of us, but yes, keep them to an absolute minimum.
Yes the chance of getting caught is relatively small, but you never know when you might piss the wrong person off or make the wrong comment to the wrong person and get in trouble with the tax authorities. (that taxamnesty site gives some examples of people who got nailed)
I can't remember who mentioned H&R block, but you don't need much training or experience to get a job there, particularly during tax season. Something like a self-employed person with a bit more complicated tax situation should get more of an expert to help them out. Someone that has some experience and does taxes or tax related work all year long is your best bet.
