I think it's better to get someone good that will earn the money you pay him than to barter with sex services. You want a professional who keeps their distance to avoid any possible misunderstandings or entanglements in my opinion.
Accountants are used to dealing with cash only businesses, whether they are above board or in the grey area.

I could be wrong, some ladies may be quite pleased with the service they've received in exchange for their service.
