Ok...here we go...
Well, first off...Part of the reason Troops was banned was for excessive posting in bad taste. Since his return, I don't think anyone can deny we've seen a much more user friendly Troops.
As for the Wolverines, well...we had about a week of hijacking threads with silliness before we realized what we were doing and had the foresight to limit the fun to one specific and continuing thread. Never, at any point, were we plastered across the entire first page of the site. Ever. Dave, on the other hand, has been gracing us with his shit for months. You can't walk around here without stepping in some SubDave shit, and it's gotten to be too much.
I would also like to think that there is a big difference between making an off-color remark about Goober's mom once a thread has already descended into silliness, and Dave shouting about creampies in the middle of a serious conversation. Big difference.
My tolerance for Dave. I did like SubDave...I thought he pushed the envelope at times, but hey...different strokes for different folks, right? Then he started making judgements about others. Say what you want, but I think considering the things he is into, SubDave is THE LAST person on this board who should sit in judgement of others. So yes, my tolerance has evaporated. I don't understand how someone can scream "look at me! look at me!" so much about so many bizarre things and then make offhand remarks about others. I can post examples, if it's really necessary, but I don't think it's really necessary. Everyone remembers the "I'm quitting the hobby" thread. Dave said some harsh things about SP's who escort for their own personal gain, rather than to support a single parent family and for other "noble" reasons. In one stroke he callously insulted a large number of SP's, some of which are my friends, and I realized what kind of person he is.
So, sure, I can push the ignore button. Dave doesn't PM me, so that's not really a problem. As I said, it's difficult to even enjoy the board without being blindsided by off topic remarks about Dave's sexual deviancy. Yes, I can avoid the blatant and obviously named threads, but it doesn't really help. Someone has a thread about starting their own incall? Dave will pop in with a remark about getting hired to eat all the cum out of the girls pussies. You get the picture, yet?
So, while I normally enjoy your posts, Wrong Hole, and think you're an intelligent guy, I think you're off on this one. Dave is a unique guy...to each his own. But I'm tired of reading about it, and think it sucks that everyone else around here seems to be able to manage a little self-control, but the youngest guy on the board can't get his dirty little head out of his ass.
