If you have 7 year olds, I really really recommend Avatar: the Last Airbender. Yes, the animated series. The storylines are quite sophisticated, the art beautifully done and the characters engaging, and it's something your kids can enjoy 10 years later.

I hear only bad things about the movie so avoid it at all costs.

I've been watching Swamp People lately and it's hilarious and entertaining.

basically done with dexter and it has gotten very predictable. dex tries to kill someone and something goes wrong, they chase a killer for the whole season, someone is looking into dex, deb falls in love but doesn't want to. predictable shit every show.

I'm loving Lost Girl on showtime, about a bisexual ass kicking succubus. I watched both seasons in a matter of days. Imagine if Buffy the vampire slayer (series not the cheesy movie), could heal herself by sucking dick or eating pussy or just kissing someone. Its not porn though and I've also heard it compared to true blood, but I think Lost Girl is way better, less emo most of the time and funnier at times, without becoming cheesy.

Also like secret circle, its fun when one the witches use thier powers to rip another witches blouse open, which has happened several time on the show. Oh and I check the so called 16 year old characters are played by actresses well over 18 years old.

Republic of Doyle kind of fun as well.
